To use MileReg you need to know how to use the editing buttons . Click here to see the editing button functionality.

Click the Ride History tab and add or edit an entry checking or filling in the following information:

  1. Person: .
  2. Vehicle: .
  3. Date: .
  4. Number: .
  5. StandardRide: .
  6. Ride.Flag: .
  7. Ride.From.Location: .
  8. Ride.From.Address: .
  9. This is .
  10. Latitude, Longitude and Radius of the Location - should appear automatically once a Location is selected.
  11. Ride.To.Location: .
  12. Ride.To.Address: .
  13. This is .
  14. Latitude, Longitude and Radius of the Location - should appear automatically once a Location is selected.
  15. Ride.Distance: .
  16. Ride.Personal: .
  17. Ride.Odo.Price: .
  18. Ride.Charge: .
  19. Begin: .
  20. End: .
  21. Cost: .
  22. Type: .
  23. Time: .
  24. Detour: .
  25. Comment: .
  26. Click OK.

Once these values have been entered you have a Ride History record in the system.
